Strongly recommended an MRI after discovering hearing loss. MRI showed brain tumor. I know of many other patients with the same hearing loss whose docs did not order an MRI and the tumor got bigger and more problematic. He lent me three dimensional models of the ear to refer to as I studied my condition. If there is a required course in arrogance in med school, this guy flunked it miserably.

I came to Dr. Cryer about a deviated septum as a second opinion after having the procedure recommended by another physician. I have a severely deviated septum but he told me it wasn't necessary to fix it. One year later, I had to get it corrected in an emergency situation. They found the septum was actually pushing into the sinus cavity.

I saw Dr. Cryer for a throat problem. He was very kind, attentive to my problem and treated me with courtesy and respect. I highly recommend him.
