Dr Koff has no patient skills and does not EVER return phone calls including from other physicians ???? DO NOT RECOMMEND

This doctor is amazing. He detected a vitamin D deficiency in me a few years ago and since then I have not had one episode of iritis in my eye which is an autoimmune disorder. Also I just had my second colonoscopy yesterday and as usual he is an amazing doctor. He takes all the time needed to explain findings, etc. I highly recommend him.

Had my first colonoscopy w/Dr. Koff, and he explained everything clearly; nurses and NA were great .. he explained results in clear manner. Will def return for next colonoscopy in future. As friends advised, the worst part is the diet adjustment, fasting the day before, and the liquids to clear your system.

Pleasant bedside manor - but no follow up and did not return phone calls despite severe abdominal pain. Took over 2 months from first visit to finally schedule a colonoscopy. This delayed surgery for pain that turned out to be endometrial cancer. Called office daily and the following call no record of my previous messages.

Dr. Koff listens well and takes time to consider different angles of a problem. He is caring, careful, and well informed.

I have seen dr. Koff in his office. I would send everyone I know his way.

The doctor & staff were courteous, informative, efficient & professional.

Dr. Koff is smart and probably very capable. But he fails miserably at follow up. Would recommend him for a routine issue, but if you have a digestive disease that may require prompt or responsive call backs, would suggest alternatives.
