He was awful,very rude and cold. Didn't seem like he wanted to help and kept commenting on my weight and the fact that I had tattoos and if I was planning to get more. I was there for back pain which has nothing to do with my tattoos. I was very insulted and went and found another doctor..I do not recommend him at all. Very very unprofessional

Dr Forman is an amazing doctor. Prior to being under his care, I have had horrible experiences with doctors. Anytime I have a question or concern, Dr Forman has been there. I have now been under his care for about 3 years now and am beyond happy with his care and services.

My mother is 76 yrs old and diagnosed w ms very disabled and depressed. He will not prescribe an antidepressant until she shes a geriatric specialist yes he is one of those doctors! More interested in typing on his computer than helping her. My advice to anyone seeking to have him as your doctor is to run as fast as you can. There are a lot of great doctors out there he is not one of them!! RETIRE it is time!!!!!

I "inherited" Dr. Forman when my other Dr retired. He is a fairly no-nonsense type of person, which I originally was not sure about. Over the years, I realized how good he is. As I grew older, he was very clear about when I needed to take statins, then 12 years later, blood pressure medicine. He is very clear about my 3-drink per day habit, and how this is affecting my health. He was very good at focusing on the right things at the right time. Sadly, my new insurance does not have Dr. Forman in the network, I will miss him. If things change, I will probably go back to him.

I don’t even know where to begin when reviewing this botch job of a doctor. Wouldn’t listen to a thing that came And out of my mouth. I ended up getting completely misdiagnosed simply because I wasn’t herd. No only was I not Hetd but had to fight for any further care. Ended up switching my PCP and had way better care outside of his practice. The entire experience was seriously unbelievable

Dr Forman is my PCP. I strongly recommend him. He has always been there for me. That means among other things that he will call back when you need his advice. Also he gives you his advice straight.
