I have been going to Dr. Ham for about 9 years. He is a wonderful doctor amd surgeon, but has a very unprofessional office staff. First, you have to go through an answering service and never actually reach the office directly. WHEN and IF they get back to you they are not nice. When I called to cancel a surgery the office manager was horrible. They tried to charge me $500 even though it was 4 days before surgery!!! After going round and round she agreed to wave the fee and I would no longer be a patient. I still need the surgery so that was disheartening but I agreed. That was in June of 2024. In December I received a bill for $500 with a $120 credit applied. I am assuming an overpayment I should have received back. Underhanded and sneaky. Clearly all they care about is money. I have been trying to call them but never receive call backs.

Dr ham is the best surgeon he did my perotidectomy surgery ,I am so happy I went to him every thing went well .I would recommend Dr ham to every one

Dr. Ham made me feel comfortable from day one. Facing thyroid surgery, I found him knowledgeable and informative; explained the procedure in detail. Warm, comforting personality, with a sense of humor. I think he would be equally comforting with children. Highly recommend.

I see Dr. Ham once a year for my ears and nose. His bedside manner is great!!! He is one of the most caring and patient doctors I have met.

Sometimes getting an appointment on short notice is very hard, and office visit times are sometimes long.....but I believe this is because they try to get everyone in ASAP, and they spend as much time as they need with you during your visit. I totally give Dr. Ham a thumbs up!
