Summary
Dr. Restrepo is an Assistant Professor of Rehabilitation Medicine. He is the Chief of Rehabilitation at the University of Miami Hospital. He attended Medical School at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia. He did his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Saint VincentÂ’s Catholic Medical Center affiliated with New York Medical College in New York City. He joined our Department in July 2004. His clinical interests are comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation, amputees and musculoskeletal medicine including sports medicine and electrodiagnostic medicine. Dr. Restrepo is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. His research interests are in amputees, Spinal Cord Injury and Musculoskeletal Medicine.
