Dr. Jose Amundaray gave me my life back. For many years, I lived with constant and severe knee pain. My problems began in adolescence after two meniscus surgeries that unfortunately did not improve my condition and, over time, my joint continued to deteriorate. The pain slowly became part of my daily life. I walked with a limp, climbing stairs was extremely difficult, and even simple tasks at home required effort and endurance. When I met Dr. Amundaray, he was honest, clear, and compassionate. He explained that due to the advanced condition of my joint, the only real solution was a total knee replacement. His confidence and professionalism gave me peace of mind during a very difficult decision. My surgery took place in January 2025. The procedure is major and recovery is not easy — physical therapy requires strength, patience, and determination. There were challenging days. But one year later, my follow-up X-rays confirmed that the prosthesis is perfectly positioned. Today, I live… without pain. I walk normally. I go up and down stairs without fear. I move freely in my home. I drive. I enjoy my daily life again. Even my surgical scar is barely visible. The process requires commitment, but the result has been life-changing. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Amundaray for his skill, professionalism, and positive guidance throughout this journey. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone considering knee replacement surgery.

Wonderful experience with Dr Amundaray!!! I was terrified of hip replacement but he was confident and reassuring, both in the hospital and in the office. My new hip is 6 weeks old and my recovery has been uncomplicated and involved very little pain. I will definitely go back to him if I need any more new joints!
