Dr. Piscoya is a great doctor and personal friend. Today, I walked in without an appointment due to a flare up of my rheumatoid arthritis. Dr. Assistant Cecilia Ruiz took care of me and she provided the Sam quality of care that he has always given me. She took her time with me explaining how I could do things to improve my overall health. Great addition to his practice. I continue giving him 5 stars in all categories.

Doctor is quirky but awesome. His staff sucks, although I think he has finally gotten new people. Asking for paperwork or records was a tremendous headache. Also, you have to tell them you want a depo shot in advance. Most of the time they don't have it in stock.

Dr. Piscolla is rude, lacks manners, If you are seeking a doctor that will care for you look some where else. This man is arrogant, cares very little about you as a person and I will say do not bring my dog to him.Easy appointments? yes, once you see him you do not go back, so he has plenty open appointments, promptness? Oh Yes, spends 3 minutes do not listen, shut you off and leaves you with your words in your mouth. Courteous staff? the woman there is an idiot and is dead afraid of him, will tell you one thing and when he comes and calls her on it, she will say "You" the patient said it. Bed side manners? have none. Follows after visits? he wishes, patient do not come back once they step away from that awful place.

Dr. Piscoya is the first doctor I have had that really showed how much he cares for his patients. He actually took the time to talk to me and get to know me. When I had trouble with the pharmacy he called them right away and took care of the problem. My family and I will continue to go to him for years to come!
