Dr. Ball saved my life when I had pulmonary emboli. I was ignoring my symptoms - typical male behavior - when I went to see him for a routine visit. It turned out my blood oxygen was very low, alarmingly so, and I was short of breath. Dr. Ball walked me up and down the stairs with my finger in his pulse oximeter and it never went much over 80, when it should be in the high nineties. He ordered me to go straight to the ER at Shady Grove and I was treated very well. Dr. Ball handled this with his usual sangfroid, totally calm, although he knew I was in bad shape and needed urgent help. I give him full credit for, in fact, saving my life.

I see Dr. Ball mostly, but all of them are wonderful! I am a complicated patient with many comorbidities, and they are great with taking everything into consideration and communicating with my other providers. Very professional and kind! The support staff are great too!

I came into the office and wasa bit skeptical from past experience with doctors. But I actually spen almost an hour with Dr.Ball and it was great. I really felt taken care of and like he was figuring out the problem with me. This was very refreshing and I appreciated the extra attnetion especialy when I was feeling so poorly.
