We talk things over before deciding on a course of action, for instance, the benefits versus drawbacks of a possible Rx. We'll discuss things, typically taking the wait-and-see approach we both prefer If possible. That collaboration is a given with Dr. Hazen. He listens and then itemizes possibilities of condition and care. He also always seems to have time for me, even though I know he's likely very busy. My wife and I have been his patients for nearly 20 years, so I assume that qualifies as our vote of confidence. We know one another pretty well by now, I'm happy to say, both for medical and personal reasons.

My care provider, Joe Hazen, is as good as it gets. He is attentive, thorough does not make you feel like he needs to rush to his next patient. He always is interested in me personally and treats me like a friend, not a patient. In fact, every doctor I have had contact with is always attentive and professional. That is why, since I moved to [...], I choose to drive 45 minutes to stay with this physician group.
