Dr. Joe has been my Doctor for a good many years, and Ni have found him to be helpful, always kind and caring. Who are these people who have such bad experiences?

This trivelley primary care is very unprofessional. Staff is very rude. The way Doctor Joseph Ulasewicz spoke to me during his phone call was very rude and unprofessional. I am changing my PCP as soon as I can and I do not recommend anyone to go this facility. There are only certain thing you can talk about you to PCP. If you talk more, they will charge you directly as your insurance will not cover it. They rip off their patience. No more trivelley PCP.

After arriving 15 minutes early for my last two visits, I was made to wait over an hour in the waiting room, then another half hour in the exam room before seeing the doctor. Dr. Joe is completely unprofessional in appearance, wearing dirty pants and his tie on inside out! Dr. Underwood has the bedside manner is totally uncaring, giving her i pad more attention, and lacked eye contact and compassion. having been a patient there for about 10 years, it's obvious they've grown their clientele without the capacity to accommodate properly. The waiting room has never been updated and is drab and uncomfortable. I definitely not be back.
