I don’t recommend this Dr. The first issue was with the person who handles his scheduling. I was scheduled for surgery and had no idea what the cost would be. I couldn’t get the amount because I didn’t have the insurance codes. Their staff didn’t want to be bothered with helping me get this resolved. Then I got a bad eye infection after the surgery that has now lasted several weeks. I text the Dr at 9:20pm to ask what to do and he was very curt and basically asked me not to contact him at that time of night. Horrible bedside manner IMO Then I go to see him in his office and he was supposed to call in two prescriptions. I sit and wait for them for three hours only to find out he didn’t call one in. My eyes are so swollen and red and dripping pus. I called his answering service twice and text him and he doesn’t answer. Now the pharmacy closes in 20 mins and he still hasn’t called anything in I should have gone with my gut when I first met him. I definitely don’t recommend this… office and I’ll be letting everyone know

Excellent care, concern, and treatment. Could not be happier with the results. Doctor, staff, and Northside Hospital were all excellent.

Was not sure what to expect and he was just wonderful to answer all of my questions and explain everything about the procedure. He also answered all of my questions about other procedures and what if I wanted to do this or that to my eyes. I was so happy that he was so easy to talk to you. I was really glad that I asked him all my questions and he was so amenable to answering all my questions. I’m excited about having the procedure done!

Very pleased with the kind staff, and nurses as they were very attentive and friendly. Dr. Walrath was great at explaining the procedure which helped me to be confident it would turn out fine.

My experience with Dr Walrath was excellent. He explained everything clearly and handled my appointments in a professional manner.

Procedure came out better than expected. Drooping eyelids no longer cover half of my eyes and vision is restored to normal. No scars or traces of incisions are visible. Great job!
