Dr. Joseph Dennis Wiggins, MD

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Wiggins to anyone. The exam rooms are very empty, no sinks. No paper on the beds where many sick people sit throughout the day. The walls are paper thin and I could hear him yelling at another patient. He also makes every patient get lab work done just so he can make money off of it. I went to him the last time to get a referral because I'm having trouble hearing and my ears feel full. He wouldn't stay in the room long enough for me to talk to him, he also thought I was a kid because he was asking my mom what's going on with me. And he wouldn't refer me to a ear nose and throat specialist, he said it's just allergies and gave me nasal spray.

The location is relatively easy to find. The actual office itself is pretty yuck. When you walk in there are horribly stained carpets and it is just an all around dirty setting. The room they put us in is not even finished. Most of the walls are just sheet rock and un papered with writing on them. The utensils and medical equipment seem very outdated and dirty. The nurses however where more than friendly and got my two kids an appointment immediately. Dr. Wiggins is kind of rough around the edges but he does care. He is old and grumpy, but he knows what he is doing. Despite the horrid condition of the office building, I like his speedy and accurate visits.

He was rude, spent very little time with me. Said that if I need refills have the pharmacy fax him. it took 2 weeks to get blood pressure meds.

He had a horrible manner with my children (I am NOT kidding) and he had a horrible attitude with me.. Overall I think he is the WORST Dr I have ever met.. I cannot believe he even sees children, it is pretty obvious he HATES them.. Ugh! His office staff you cannot beat (They are wonderful gals).. But I would not recommend taking your pet to see Wiggins.. My kids would CRY when they had to go see him... that's pretty bad.. only time it has ever happened..
