I was inquiring about an Inspire surgery for my sleep apnea. Everything was very well communicated to me.

The provider was fine, however when I reviewed the chart note after the visit, I was disappointed to see that he documented an extensive physical exam when he did not perform any exam outside of looking in my ears. I also feel the visit was a little rushed, and don't feel he had adequate time to explain my new diagnosis and/or prognosis, or maybe expected me to know the information already (as I am a physician myself, but it is outside of my area of expertise). I feel he is maybe not given adequate time for visits, especially as the few times I've been to this office they are running behind.

I was treated very well. And I was treated with empathy.

Doctor is amazing. But staff needs to be talked to about what happen and how they did not contact me at all about the cancellation of the appointment for my child that prepped for surgery and then we arrive at surgical center for them to tell me that it had been cancelled!

Dr. Dunklebarger is absolutely amazing! I got a septoplasty surgery and he was SO informative, helpful & made me very comfortable! I can finally breathe out of my nose & I am so grateful to have had the best doctor to do my surgery & help me recover along the way. Thank you for changing my life!

Visit went very well. My sister and I took my mom to see him and we were impressed with how he was with her. She is 96 and scared because her hearing was getting worse. He treated her like it was his mother that is why I requested him for myself. He explains things and ostensibly to you. I would refer others to him.

Bottom line: If you need an ENT, you MUST get Dr. Dunklebarger. I had my first visit today and he was friendly, attentive, and focused on diagnosing and finding a solution. He came in the room prepared and had already looked at my MRA (Preparation seems to be getting more rare among doctors). Within 10 minutes, he validated my symptoms and confirmed that there were nose and sinus problems; two other ENT over last four years have ignored my emphasis on the discomfort and weird feeling in my head. Dr. Dunklebarger also asked that I complete a simple form to rate the severity of my symptoms which was reassuring since I have been experiencing most of the symptoms listed on the form and it made me feel like these symptoms are not unusual and suggests that a solution probably exists. Finally, Dr. Dunklebarger laid out a clear plan to resolve my issue. All in all, I am very happy to have him in my corner and look forward to a reprieve from my four year long battle with my head and sinus.
