I recently had surgery on my leg to remove a tumor. As a holistic nurse, caring and compassionate care is what I expect by my providers. Dr. Joseph Patt and his team did not disappoint. They were are very professional, caring and present. Even when I was running late for my follow-up visit, they never made me feel like I slowed them down. Grateful for the compassionate care from beginning to end.

Hard to get a message to my Doctor.

Please kindly know that patient was given correct information as Dr Patt is indeed in network with the patients insurance. Insurance can be confusing. Patients insurance plan had a deductible to be met and thus patient received insurance charges based on deductible. Staff at Dr Patts office provided excellent customer service including 2 hours on phone with patients insurance company to provide clarification to patient as to why her insurance did not cover her visit in entirety . Patient was most kind and appreciative of this clarification and customer service regarding her insurance concerns. We strive to provide excellent patient care and are open to communication any time a patient has a concern.
