Dr. Carroll Payne Jones, MD

Dr. Jones is one of the best at his specialty !He is a very kind doctor ,has great bedside manor, and listened to my concerns and answered my questions and told me exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. Excellent doctor.... highly recommend !!

Outstanding doctor with a very confident way about him. I had foot surgery, first surgery as an outpatient in my life (except to have my Wisdom teeth extracted) and I'm in my early 60s. He listens, is detailed in his surgery, to whole process was seamless even though I managed to be very nervous. If you need surgery on your foot or ankle, have Dr. Jones perform the surgery and get to feeling better. I wish I had seen him 1 year ago. He listens to your problems too.

Dr. Jones very knowledgeable about his craft. He is kind, funny and in general a very caring doctor and person. He doctored me through a very bad injury and I am very thankful for him.

Dr Jones is great. I severely injured my ankle and he took excellent care of me. He is very caring. I trust him with my care completely.

I can't recommend Dr Jones highly enough. He completely fixed a problem in my foot that two other orthapaedic drs could not...not only am I pain free, but he diagnosed the real problem immediately. He's compassionate, kind, and obviously knowledgeable, I also appreciated his humor (strange to mention here, but it helped me relax.) If I could give him 10 stars, I would.

Staff is wonderful, they do everything to make you comfortable. Dr. Jones is warm and compassionate, very down to earth and tops in his field. Takes plenty of time and explains everything. In addition, every other doctor I spoke to had nothing but great things to say about him.

Dr Jones diagnosed a problem that no else did in the previous 8 yrs dealing my foot issue. He answered questions that arose before surgery. My problem with him came afterwards. I had to call to remind his staff to schedule my surgery. I had to call to let them know that recovery (in the 1st few days) was not going well and was prescribed meds. Apparently what I was experiencing was rare. I had to call again about another issue in my recovery a few weeks later because I still was not able to walk and found that was not supposed to be happening either. Was prescribed another solution. At a another appt asked about possible physical therapy because healing and returning to normal activity wasn't happening. He agreed with MY suggestion. Throughout all this I had post surgery appts but my concerns seem inconsequential at the time I brought them up only to have to call in for assistance later. Question asked at each appt was if surgery worked. Tried to convey that because of other issues… that arose couldn't give a definitive yes. My last appt approx 5 mths later when i confirmed that the initial issue seems to have been resolved but was still limping butwas told that that would be my last appt since surgery had finally worked. The fact that I am still going to physical therapy, still walking with a limp, my gait is way off seems of no concern. I have now been divested of his services. Anything else needed is nothing to do with him. Disappointed is far from how I would describe this let down feeling.
