Dr. Julia Gail Keltz, MD

Dr Keltz did my surgery on Tuesday, it was a laparoscopic total hysterectomy and the pain is not as bad as everyone is day. I have been seeing dr Keltz for a while now and when she first suggested a hysterectomy for my 13 fibroids I said no and she did not push, the light went on for my to say year after I became severely anemic and had to get two units of blood I agreed to it. At this moment I can say I was in the best hands. My surgery was so successful. I am a widow with two kids, my daugther is away in college and dr Keltz did the best thing to put my daugther mind at easy by calling her to let her know that my surgery went well and gave her a full explanation. I am so grateful to her!!! I love this dr. Best GYN I ever have and I am 46!, so I have had a few. BEST DOCTOR EVER!!!!!

Dr. Keltz's ego is out of proportion to her competence and surgical capabilities. She is an extremely mediocre physician and I will not seek care with her again.

Watching Dr. Keltz perform laproscopic surgery looked an awful lot like a raccoon digging through a trashcan.

I had a laparoscopic total hysterectomy just yesterday with Dr. Keltz and I cannot stress how well it went. I was out of the hospital the same day and my recovery thus far has been amazing. I’m already walking around and the pain is minimal and all I am taking is ibuprofen. She gave me my life back! All of my pelvic and back pain is gone. Professional in every aspect of dealing with her patients. Knowledgeable, takes time to answer your questions, and shows true concern for the well-being of her patients. Comforting bed-side manner and is always professional. I was also impressed with the anesthesia/nursing team at the hospital. All around great experience!

Doctor Keltz is my Gynecologist for years. Based on my experience, I value her with 5 stars, for the simple fact: She is 100% professional. I adore the way she treats you from first moment till the last moment of your appointment. She is one of those rare Doctors that respects you and treat you as a real human being, not like usually Doctors do, by treating you like a number “next Patient, please”... She listens to you very carefully and for real she pays attention to what you’re talking when you explain her about your health problems. She is the only Doctor in New York City that doesn’t put more stress on you by making you to hurry up because another patient is in line. Indeed, she values you as her patient, by dedicating 100% to you during the visit. She makes you feel very comfortable and goes deep into your health problem by connecting the dots. Besides the exact diagnosis she always gave me, she make sure to calm me about my health problem, It never happened to get out… of her office, unhappy. I wish my all Doctors could be like her. Professional, Kind, genuine human being. I would recommend her as a Great Doctor, to every woman out there that want to be treated with respect and feel a real Lady, no matter her health conditions.
