Dr. Julia Konerding Padgett, MD

I had the pleasure of having Dr. Pagett remove a spot on my shin today. I was so nervous going in but was immediately greeted by her assistants who were so friendly and calming. Dr. Pagett came in and even though she had on a mask, I could tell she had a warm and welcoming smile on her face. She was so pleasant and able to calm my nerves. She spoke concisely about the procedure, what it involved and how long it would take. While Dr. Pagett was prepping my leg, her assistants started asking me questions, keeping my mind off what was going on. Numbing my leg was my biggest fear and Dr. Padgett did so without any pain whatsoever. She and her staff continued to talk to me as she cut out the section that needed to be removed and later as she put in my stitches. I cannot say enough about Dr. Padgett and her staff. She is truly the one that I will go to if I ever have a future need.

I had my first Mohs surgery last winter and Dr. Padgett did an excellent job. She walked me through the procedure and took the time to answer all my questions. The procedure itself went very smoothly and painlessly. Six months later, the incision is not at all noticeable. Also, the staff was excellent. All in all, should you need a Mohs surgeon, I can't recommend Dr. Padgett highly enough.

If you require Moh's surgery, this is the doctor you want to choose. Over the top customer service, kind and compassionate staff. High qualified surgeon. I couldn't be happier with my choice for Moh's surgery

I'm having trouble finding the words to describe, what were for me, two of the most comfortable, informative, accommodating, friendly, personable, effective, efficient, professional, I'm about to break out the thesaurus, appointments I have ever had with any doctors visit ever. I'm 67 years old, have had my share of visits with a verity of Doctors over the years, however Doctor Padgett and her staff have sent my personal rating standards for Doctor Appointments...into the stratosphere. I'm not exaggerating and rarely have I ever taken the time or effort to submit such a rating/review for anything, place or persons...I'd enthusiasticly sign this, if there was a box designated for it. I'm on my IPad, so I'm presuming that might be actually be possible...

Clearly very, very accomplished, thorough and pleasant

I called three days straight trying to make an appointment with the doctor.I found out that she only accepts appointments through her secretary.The first two days her secretary was out of the office.When I reached her secretary the third day she said the doctor only accepts patients she's already seen. For some reason the first two people couldn't have told me that?Still that would have been fine with me if the secretary hadn't been rude. I gave 1 star - but that's only because I couldn't figure out how to give zero.
