Dr. Julia M. Pillsbury founded CPAM in November of 1991. Dr. Pillsbury began her health career as an RN in Philadelphia. She later graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency at Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center in Denver, CO and served in the Air Force prior to coming to Dover.

Dr. Pillsbury is super friendly and knowledgeable whenever I have any questions or concerns. She truly enjoys what she does each visit that we have seen her.

Dr. Pillsbury is superb. She is absolutely wonderful and extremely professional.

After being with this practice a long time, my only complaint use to be how long I was in this office waiting to be seen. Major changes have taken place because my last 2 visits with sick kids, I was in and out in 30 minutes. I feel that my time is just as important as theirs and I thank them for trying to their best to keep patients moving. Thumbs Up!

Dr. Pillsbury is the owner of the practice. She is a former nurse who cared so much about her patients that she went back to medical school to become a doctor. She is always great with my kids and never treats me like she doesn't have time for my (numerous) questions. A relative of mine works at a hospital where Dr. Pillsbury sees patients. She said that Dr. Pillsbury (unlike many of the docs) treats all of the nurses with respect because she's been in their shoes. I love that "never ask someone to do something you wouldn't be willing to do yourself" attitude!

At our visit Dr. Pillsbury could be heard yelling at her office staff after leaving a room about a missing medical instrument. Come to find out another doctor had taken the instrument. I felt bad for her staff!
