Dr. Jyotsna Talapaneni, MD

First visit waited over an hour past my appointment. Acted as if I was inconveniencing her when she came in, all other systems I brought up that I am having since all my gastro pain, she asked 'what does that have to do with your stomach'. I said I don't know I'm not a dr, I just wasn't having those issues before. She is very arrogant and dismissive. After test done, she handed me brochures and walked out. Will give her one more chance on my next appointment, if she still has the same arrogant attitude I will change doctors.

After explaining to her what I thought my issue was she got smug with me and said "this is what I do". She misdiagnosed me after taking only 15 seconds of her time (verified when I went back to a different doctor in the same office and he concluded what I suspected was the issue). Her arrogance caused months of additional issues and costs.

Awful experience with this doctor. Took my daughter who has been in pain for a month. Dr T didn’t even examine her. Just proceeded to tell us that my daughter is allergic to “weed” and she needs to stop smoking it. My daughter doesn’t smoke and we tried to tell her that. She just kept telling us that she sees this a lot in teens and that she is allergic. My daughter and I were so dumbfounded by this diagnosis. Thankfully we found another doctor who did an extensive examination and gave us some real answers. I have never experienced such an unprofessional doctor as this doctor.

I had to wait an hour and a half for this doctor for my first appointment! She came in the room unapologetic for keeping me waiting, arrogant and condescending and never look at the portal for my test results. she rushed me and told me I did not have diverticulitis, even though my CT scan showed I did (but she refused to look at it. I asked her what she was basing her diagnosis on, since she didn't look at any of my records, and she said "I JUST KNOW"! what arrogance and unprofessional ism! she then told me I had to take a bunch of tests!! I filed a complaint against her. This person was grossly negligent and completely unprofessional. Skip this doc if you really want help!!

Her license should be taken away! I was a new patient and brought all my records, and she had access to the portal. This dr was an hour and a half late, then came in and never looked at my test results and told me I did not have diverticulitis, even though I had a recent CT scan showing that I did!!! when i asked what she was basing that on, she had no answer for me! She said she was in a hurry because she had another appointment, even though she made me wait an hour and a half, and proceeded to tell me i was on the wrong medications and ordered several tests and new meds, even though she never looked at the reports!!! She was so unprofessional, I don't know how she is allowed to practice. I have filed a complaint with the proper authorities.

I am very happy with my care with Dr. Talapaneni. I was in a lot of pain and went to several doctors and Dr. T was the only one that said it was gallbladder stones. When she sent me for the test if came back positive for stones. She is compassionate and she is a great doctor. Her staff is also very helpful and professional.

Don’t walk, RUN to another doctor! Aside from her condescending mannerisms, she is also incompetent of piecing together the various aspects of whole body health. Never a good sign when a doctor begins a new patient visit by belittling why primary care has referred. Idiot! Try looking at diagnostic test results before imposing your God Complex.

She is compassionate doctor listens to patients and throughly explains diagnoses.

2 yrs ago I was in a medical emergency hospitalized for a month. I am very lucky to have Dr. talapanini as my gastroenterologist . she is an excellent doctor and good human being . she is treating her patient as her own family . always available to listen and treat your problem. she is very experienced and polite .
