The experience with this doctor was horrible. He is rude, disrespectful and literally intrusive in the personal life of the patient. My 90 year old mother had a procedure with this doctor. I went with my mother on her first follow up appointment. The doctor was extremely rude to me, never checked my mother physically, and when I asked him of such, the told me to put on may mask properly. I told him a was suffering from as asthma, he said "I don't care", it's my office and you do as I say. He only asked my mother four questions and told her to come for another appointment.
On the second visit, I advised his assistant that I was expecting the doctor to examine my mother physically, that we don't drive over an hour to see him, wait on him for just four questions, and another doctor visit (I would hope to think this is not such a scam with Medicare, just to charge the patients without even examining them at all). When the doctor enters, he salutes my mother and acts as if I was… not in the office. Fine by me, because it was a reflection of him, not I.
He instructs my mother to undress, change into a gown, and to get on the bed, that he was going to examine her. So, I get my mother ready, and help her to the bed as he enters. I wasn't even finished with her and he tells me, very rudely again, to "sit down". Me concerned about my mother being on the bed safely, I continue to help her, this unprofessional doctor tells me again, sit down. So I sat. My mother is trying to push herself up on the bed by herself and gets a cramp ( mind you she is 90 years old), the doctor just stands in front of her and lets her struggle with getting up and the cramp. No assistance, no compassion, just a complete inhumane, utterly unprofessional, child like behavior, despicable so called doctor. I then tell him, "either you help her and massage the cramp o I will". This despicable doctor replies, "let me know when you all are done". What horrible bedside manners. He took an oath to serve and aid people and he is far from ever meeting that oath. What a poor excuse of a doctor. He should be revoked of credentials and physicians license.
This individual had the nerve to tell me that I had a nasty attitude, and I replied to him that he was rude. The then proceeded to kick me out of his office, to "get out of my office", with my mother laying on the bed with her butt exposed without any regards of doing his job, but more interested in acting like a spoiled child. I most definitely not going to leave my mother as such. I said I was her advocate and I was not leaving her alone with him. He continued to ask me for my paperwork on being my mothers advocate (mind you my mother has dementia and is hard of herring, besides the fact of being 90). He proceeds to examine my mother through her rectum, without on word as to him entering and what he was going to do. When he finished, he did not give my mother or I an explanation or results of his examination. He told his assistant, who was standing there, the results, for her to tell us his findings. Very unprofessional, child like behavior.
This individual is by far the most repulsive so called doctor we have ever encountered. I am no researching on how to complain to the medial board on his behavior.
If anyone has the information to report this doctor, please guide me if you will.
We must stop this type of individual!!
