Excellent Dr. who cares and listens to his patients

Lack of management, they absolutely care about the bottom line and not their employees or patients. Making a patient come in multiple times a week just to collect copay every time. Authorizations take forever IF they even get sent out. The used to be front end manager is the rudest person ever yet the dr keeps her even with multiple patient complaints. If you’re looking for work go elsewhere. They SUCK as employers. 12 people have quit in less then a year! They just replace them instead of working on themselves. I will never go back there.

Gave me meds & I asked if opioid & he said no. Found out 6 months later they were & now have serious abdominal issues!!

I was one of his first patients and still see him. Would recommend him to any one who wants to stop taking narcotics. He does do tests but they help find the cause so that he can pin point the problem. Had been on pills for years. It’s too bad people think a doctor have to explain every detail. He wouldn’t have time for every patient .

I went to Kai McGreevy and he didnt spend 5 minutes with me. He sends some chick in to explain to me the 2 tests he wanted to do. I told her it was his ethical responsibility to explain to me why he wanted to do these tests. I refused to leave until he came back in the room. I wait another 5 minutes and he sends in his office mgr. Really? I told her it was his ethical responsibility to practice the oath he took and come in and discuss his treatment plan. The dude, is not a doctor, he is a scam artist. I spent 3 hrs. there and of course they took my money. Someone please tell me since when do office mgrs. tell the patient he will not treat you bc your case is to complex? Do not go to this man, he will hurt you! What Kai failed to know is I have been in the health care industry over 35 years. Kai you are a disgrace to the medical field. I'm urging all of you who are reading this and the comments I have read about this dude's behavior do not let him near you. My higher… power prevented me from his harm

After Dr. ordered an injection for sciatic pain it was a week before claims manager submitted request for authorization from insurance company. Took an an average of 3-4 weeks to get authorization and schedule the injection. This happened 3 different times.

If you like waiting more than 2 hours after your scheduled appointment time, waiting all that time to see him, he doesn't say anything to you, and just looks at his computer all the time you are in his office, and if he orders many tests, and nobody ever tells you their results then Mcgreevy is perfect for you. I am firmly convinced that his main mission is to ring his cash register and not necessarily to treat your ailments, He submits bills that are grossly inflated. MY ADVICE.....go to a Doctor who is not governed by an ENORMOUS Ego and an insatiable appetite for money.

I am so disappointed, I've been going to Dr. McGreevy for over a year and have had 0 results! He is such a nice guy and you are so sure he can help you. I've been through several painful procedures. The last one was a test for a temporary spine stimulator which would not work because my spine is curved and twisted. I called several times after the procedure and no one would return my call. Received two calls from a neurosurgeon in Jacksonville with a referral from Dr. McGreevy. After tranquilizers and being traumatized from the last procedure I said I would need some time to consider surgery and still no call from Dr. McGreevy's office. Still in pain and hopeful to find a solution!!

After 45 minutes, this doctor spent a total of 15 minutes in the room with me, 10 of which he spent typing on a laptop with his back to me. He left abruptly without saying why, but I found out it was because he was seeing other patients AT THE SAME TIME. His ability to communicate is terrible, he provided no suggestions or plans for improving my health, and wasted my time. Why do we let doctors treat us as less than human???

Initial visit was fine but follow up visits and attempts to contact with a live person to get information on my condition was fruitless. No one will answer the phone, and I cannot get a copy of the results of my treatment. Dr .McGreevy is pleasant and knowledgeable but arranges tests to be done that are questionable, without any upfront information to me or my primary doctor. His staff almost never answers your calls or returns them, even the billing department.
