Dr. Kaisorn L. Chaichana, MD

Saw this physician in Mayo Jacksonville this dr damaged my eye during surgery and refuses to admit it telling people my eye was that way prior to surgery. Regret ever allowing him operate on me or ever visting mayo clinic !!!!!

He is not good

There are a lot of questions and scenarios that play out in your mind, when you find out you have a tumor in your head. I did tons of research. Dr. Chaichana was one of 4 medical opinions and provided the best option for me. He was always accessible for my questions and questions of my family.

First, I want to say thank you to Dr. Chaichana! I had a meningioma brain tumor along my main drain and on my sight. My previous doctor said I should not operate because it was along the main drain and can be deadly. For 2 years, I monitored this tumor. I was also told it "may have" grown but they were not sure. I finally went to Dr. Chaichana for a second opinion. He was direct and very knowledgeable. He told me this should have been removed as soon as I noticed the tumor because if it swells or grows it can be catastrophic. I was scared but felt safe in Dr. Chaichana's hands. His logic made sense, he was confident and the knowledge that Dr. Chaichana performs over hundreds of brain surgeries per year made me feel confident I would have a good outcome. I had a great outcome and was home in 2 days! I traveled from South Carolina to Florida and it was well worth it. The entire tumor is gone and the blood in my main drain is back to flowing fully! I cannot say enough about… this doctor. I highly recommend his opinion as a first or second opinion.

Dr. Chaichana is a brillante, skilled, and personable doctor. He explains all options very clearly and tries to work with your schedule. I would highly recommend him for any neurosurgery!

He and his team treated my daughter with an aggressive brain tumor. He was there for every step of the way. I am so grateful for Dr. Chaichana and his team at Mayo. My family and I are so indebted to them.

At first I was hesitant to trust him because of his age. He’s too young and looks inexperienced to trust my life with but as he talks and explain things to me about my case, I got convinced that he’s the ONE. Before and after my brain tumor operation, he really took care of me. Now I’m back even better. Thanks to him.

My son had a seizure and was diagnosed with a brain tumor that Dr. C removed. He took the time to talk to us, go over all the details of the surgery, what to expect. He was able to remove the entire tumor and my son is seizure free and just graduated from college. My family owes everything to Dr. C and his team.

Dr.chaichana and his team help me with my Cushing Disease and the removal of pituitary tumor. everything went great. This was done in MD but ill definitely travel to see him in florida.

One day I had the worse headache of my life and couldn't move my right eye and it was shut. I went to the ER and was diagnosed with a pituitary tumor.
