Dr. Kanayo E Ubesie

He was very patient and did everything he could to figure out my problem , it was fixed for a lil while but I think it’s coming back but I’ll be going to him since he already knows my problem And I’m sure he will find another solution

He removed tumor's from my tummy and more he's awesome so is his wife an children. Love y'all.

This is the WORST OBGYN DOCTOR EVER! He is very rude and unprofessional! I literally would rate this place a -10 if I could! My experience was horrible and the wait was extremely long more than 2 hours I waited today only to leave untreated because he is so unprofessional and doesn’t listen to his patients or care for them as he should! He also doesn’t send over prescriptions also like he should, my last 2 visits he didn’t send neither prescriptions he said he would and then speaks very angrily once you confront his actions! This Mann is unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend any pregnant women here unless your looking for a BAD DOCTOR. I will never again attend this place!

Enjoyed my visit with Dr. Ubesie's office! He was very knowledgable and helped me tremendously with my health needs.

Misdiagnosed pap. Prescribe meds made me sick. Next day hospital said infection not in system.

I started seeing dr. ubesie when i was pregnant with my first son. I felt rushed and the visits were very impersonal. honestly, i googled most of the things i had questions about. i developed preeclampsia in the beginning of my third trimester. yet again, i had to google what that meant because i lefft his office very unclear of what was going on. i was always in triage for observation. i stayed for a week straight inpatient to get my blood pressure to a normal level. the last day i stayed inpatient was unnecessary because of a miscommunication between doctors. (i had 3 at this point) he told me at 31 weeks i would have to be induced and kept putting it off and i didnt know what was going on most of the time. i was induced at 36 weeks and my son was 5 pounds. when i was laboring the nurses told me i needed an epidural when i was doing fine without, but felt forced into the epidural. the anesthesiologist took 5 tries to get it in my spine. (omg!) and 10 minutes into it, the babys heart… dropped and i needed to lay on my side so all the meds went to one side of my body and i felt everything. when i was pushing i started to cry a little bit and doctor ubesie yelled at me to say my crying wasnt helping him. my son was born and flew off to the nicu and i wasnt allowed to meet him until 8 hours later. (another staff miscommunication) overall it was a traumatic birth experience. i will say that i have mixed feelings about putting off my induction so long. its good to let the baby grow to term, but i felt like my dangerous condition was minimized to a degree. i do appreciate that even after 29 hours of labor, he wasnt quick to pull the c section card which i was strongly against if avoidable. i feel like i could have developed a better relationship with my doctor, been more informed of my pregnancy, and there should have been better communication with staff in the antepartum floor of inpatient. i felt like i was the messenger most of the time and that shouldnt be the case. also the antepartum unit were angels to me when i was pregnant living there, but awful to me after i gave birth and needed help walking to the nicu to feed my baby.. but thats a whole other story...

He seems to be a very good doctor, however he does not take the time to get to know you, nor does he seem to care about your thoughts or feelings. Its basically a sit down, pull up your shirt, and get out appointment. Even for my 25th week ultrasound to see the sex of the baby, it lasted approximately 2 minutes, and i was out. Didn't find out the sex, didn't hear the heart beat, very technical, and did not take the time to break anything down for me. In the process of switching doctors.

- doesnt spend enough time with patients. I am a nursing student and like to ask him questions, but he never answers them. He wont even call a patient right away when your lab results require immediate attention.

i just recently started seeing dr. ubesie. he does seem to get u and out, however, id prefer to build a relationship with my doctor instead of feeling like just another chart. he reviewed my lab work with me and treated whatever was wrong. the staff were nice young women and they seemed to do majority of work (like most doctors offices). i dont have many complaints, i just wish he was a bit more talkative and we had a relationship as i stated. ill be delivering soon, so we shall see how things progress!

He's a very gud doctor i have 2 kidz that he help bring into this world it was always was great he made sure every hospital i went to was very nice an took care of me.
