Her care of my child has been exceptional and my child has been able to open up to her very well.

She claimed that the neuro-psych testing ordered was her specialty, as was working with young children. She paid no attention to the safety concerns I explained to her about my child (he has no safety awareness and is a flight risk and will run into the street, so she took him outside on a break to the front sidewalk to color while I left long enough to get a cup of tea). She paid no attention to what I told her about his issues: he has with lack of understanding of social boundaries (hugging total strangers etc) as she let him hug and kiss her and climb all over her as a total stranger and just told him he was perfect and so sweet, when it is a serious safety and social issue for him that was addressed as a concern our initial meeting with her. She repeatedly asked for co-pays which were not supposed to be paid for neuro-psych testing (after submission of claim I was to pay a percentage), and when I explained that (which she should know as she is in network with my insurance) then… she stated she could/would finish the testing, and had supposedly done 2/ 3 sessions worth, suggested I have my child's testing done elsewhere too. I very hesitatingly took him back in for the 3rd testing session and paid the co-pays I was not supposed to have to pay (because I was afraid the insurance would not pay to have the testing done twice and I wanted to get the results of what she had already supposedly done). She said she would give me a summary of the findings to take to psychiatrist appointment, but never did, despite repeated phone calls, faxes, emails, and texts. She cancelled appointments or rescheduled last minute several times. Her office was disorganized and messy (like piles of junk all over, bed (not decorative) pillows on the floor without even a cover, etc. Her electrical system was unsafe with flickering lights (she did get that fixed after our first visit) and her toilet was plugged up (she said it happened all the time). All of these things she blamed on the landlord who "knew about all these problems and just wouldn't fix them". But again, the worst thing was promising to provide testing result summaries and write ups to share with other medical providers and then just never following through and not answering requests. She was unethical and unprofessional. Do not go to her.
