Great doctor but extremely rude office staff. Would not recommend solely on the poor customer service.

I dont normally write reviews and certainly never had for a doctor. I went in to request an IUD be implanted as I do not live in the area anymore and did not want a hormonal birth control. Dr. Hisrchberg and I had a long conversation in which she simply told me it would hurt too much because I have not had children and that instead, I should opt for birth control pills. I took the pills for two months and stopped because they made me feel awful and exacerbated my mental health issues, as I had anticipated when I went in to see the doctor, and I never got the IUD I originally wanted. Her office staff was very short and often made me feel as though I was asking stupid questions, including when they called me to schedule a follow up for a biopsy. I did not feel like it was cool of them to call me with really concerning news and then be impatient when I had questions. I really didn't want to go back to see them after I was so uncomfortable last time. I can appreciate and understand… wanting to share advice with a patient especially when you have been practicing for decades, but you shouldn't shame young women who have already made an informed decision and are prepared for the momentary pain that will save them years of birth control pills.

Dr. Hirschberg is amazing but the office is horrible. The office is poorly run with long wait times and rude staff. The staff fail to call with lab results. The billing department is atrocious as it overcharges. I definitely recommend Dr. Hirschberg but hope that you can ignore the major issues with the office management and staff.

She has the experience to treat everyone expecting a baby, it does not matter if complicated pregnancy or not. She will care for you and the baby and will never leave you with doubts or questions unanswered. She was my OB for my two pregnancies and will definitely recommend her if you can go to her just do it. You will love her so much that you would not want to go to anyone else ever again. Lezly R. I have been a patient of her for over 3 years.. She is very through and always puts her patients first. She is very supportive of your needs and always very positive.

Dr. Hirschberg is a very brisk physician. She does not really interact in a warm manner with patients and spends very little time with them. If I weren't so close to my due date, I would find a better doctor but alas I'm stuck with what I have. She has good reviews online but I honestly don't see how. And her office staff is rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and good elsewhere.

I just called for the sixth time to try to schedula an appointment. I only get an answering machine. nobody ever calls me back. This has been over about a month and a half period. I was beginning to wonder if the office was closed down, but I got a reminder post card last week. So I just tried again with no luck. No way to run an office!

Dr. Hirshberg is great love the confidence she project to her patients I went to her when I found out that we were expecting she guided me through out my entire pregnancy. Only 2 things that I would have prefered more detailed for example my prenatals did not have dha or omega 3 and hence this is my first pregnancy I didn't know either therefore I approached her about me not having omega 3 in my prenatals at 18-20 weeks and she addressed it then and the other thing is that in her hollywood office she's only there 2 days out of the week which makes it challenging when making an appt. Other than that I had a great experience with Dr. Hirshberg and her staff they were very helpful anytime I called with questions or concerns and the nurse practioner are great Monica is amazing very detailed and smart. Monica did not deliver my baby it was barbara pellouso she was great as well guided me every step of the way

Wonderful Dr., very professional, very warm, very caring.

I had to wait a little longer than expected to see Dr. Hirschberg because she was delivering a baby, but I am very glad I waited! Dr. Hirschberg was caring and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated that she arranged for me to have an ultrasound while I was in her office so we could find the source of the pain I was experiencing. Once she discovered what was causing my pain she took time to answer my questions and explain what needed to happen next. Her staff is amazing as well! They made phone calls to help me get information on questions I had regarding blood work and follow up care and were very helpful when I called back with questions after I saw the doctor. I am grateful for Dr. Hirschberg and her staff!
