Dr. Karen Ann Mullins, DO

I couldn't agree more with everyone else's review about how disrespectful, cold and calculated this woman is. She immediately comes in with an attitude and starts to raise her voice with you. This is the type of woman you definitely need to put in her place! No wonder her husband divorced her. I really feel sorry for her daughter. Save your time, money and sanity and go elsewhere. The staff is also incompetent. They're all a bunch of hillbillies if you ask me, they deserve to work together!

I think this doctor might be experiencing some kind of mental stress, I can't explain the absolutely unprofessional experience I had in her office otherwise. I wonder if she should take a break from practicing for a while.

have never experienced a heartless person in such an important role. Dr. Mullins, now at ETMG, is the absolute worst! What I expected when she walked in was, “Hi, I’m Dr. Mullins. Nice to meet you.” Instead, she walked in, huffing and with attitude written all over face and says, “I don’t know why your doctor sent you to me!” I nearly got up at that point, but was in complete disbelief. I waited two months to be greeted like this. It only got worse. She rolled her eyes and scoffed at my symptoms. She acted as though I was lying. She repeatedly said, “Huh, that’s new to me,” or shaking her head and saying, “I’ve never heard that before,” and dismissed everything you say. Only when I’d had enough of her verbal abuse, and gave her a taste of her own medicine, did she calm down. She acted like a completely different person. Perhaps she should have her head examined and play the patient, rather than “treating” them. Do not subject yourself or anyone you care about to this cruel piece of… work. Total joke! I will never go back and will tell everyone about KAREN!

I just didn't think any doctor could be this mean to patients. I felt like she was deliberately belittling me and my symptoms to pick on me.

Dr. Mullins was excellent in comparison to others! She was compassionate, very knowledgeable and gave me sound advice. She allayed my fears about the tremors and was very thorough. So very happy to have found a great neurologist!

If I could give her a zero rating, I would. Very condescending and dismissive.

Dr. Mullins is very rude. I almost stopped her while she was talking and told her she was being rude, but didn’t want to be rude myself. I will not be going back to her or recommend anyone to her!
