I have been a patient for over 3 years. I always found the staff friendly and happy to help especially the sleep study Nurses. Sleeping with wires all over you is not a pleasant experience but necessary, taking the sleeping pill helps a lot. Dr Eisenstadt is patient, professional, clinical, and has a dry sense of humor. His low keyed demeanor can be misinterpreted but I feel he is genuinly interested in each patient. We got along great and he helped me tremendously

Most knowledgeable doctor on the subject of sleep and the mind that I have met. Took great care to help me after I had a tumor removed from the base of my brain and needed assistance with sleep apnea.

This place was a joke all around. I had to leave a message to make a new patient appointment. When I was seen in the office they had you sign your life away...make sure you read the fine print. Once in the room the Dr came in. He was very cold and seemed as though you were just another number. I had my sleep study done...couldn't sleep. Was seen in the office my recheck and was told I had sleep apnea but yet I didn't, that I needed to loose weight & come back in 6 months( I am not an obese person). Then I get the bills...the charges are ridiculous. If I had known he would have charged double what another place does I would have went elsewhere. Plus they charge the office visit's as an outpatient setting not an office setting. That is why they have you sign those papers.I will not be going back to him. I will find another physician that actually cares about the person & not the money.Very heartless & numb demeanor.

The first time I met with him a few years ago he seemed pretty good once I got out of the front area and in the back. I recall the office staff was cranky and I had to wait awhile. The last time I saw him a few months ago he was sort of cranky, not receptive to questions and impatient. Made a couple of statements and just walked off. I had to verbally reel him back in for more explanation.I do not want to go through the work of getting a new doctor but if my next visit in a couple days is not better I am going to look around.

He didn't listen ordered sleep study then on my return appt he spent maybe 5 minutes telling me my dx then later I wanted my records and they were lost
