Great Doctor!! I went through several before I found her. She takes the time to explain everything and answer all your questions. She is not one to start prescribing pills for everything. She would rather see if other things will help first like change of diet or taking vitamin supplements.

I love Dr. Spurgash, Best Doctor I have ever had. Ive been a patient for many years. She is very thorough, easy to talk to, she listens, she explains. The only downside is she only works a few days a week and has short hours. Not accommodating for working people. Also, its difficult to get refills on RX, her nurse rarely answers the phone, she doesn't return calls and my pharmacy pulls there hair out of there head trying to getting refills approved. Every time i need a refill it takes over a week to get it filled and only because i have to track her down. Not happy with the nurse, and she is rude!! Been considering changing Drs. Not sure what to do, just wish they handled phones and refills better.

Dr, Spurgash took time to listen, explained everything well, and was competent and caring. I saw her when we had moved and I was looking for a new doctor. Am definitely sticking with her.

Dr. Spurgash only works 3 days/wk and is very difficult to see/speak with. during a critical time when the family needed her advice on choosing of doctor, she failed to follow up and get back to us. And I now hear that she does NOT make hospital rounds visits to her patients - she farms those visits out to young doctors...doctors who DON'T KNOW the patient's complete history. NOT LIKING HER MUCH.......
