Worst office staff I have ever encountered, Pam especially. Tanisha doesnt call you back for necessary appointments. Dr.Stickney keep me waiting for over an hour for a video conference. Keep requesting test after tests, when my doctor question it we weren't a good fit.wasted 3 months of my time and money. Run do even attempt to get a appointment just run....

I fired Kathleen Stickney and my only regret is that I did not fire her before the damage was done.

She is brilliant. Her staff is not as "on the ball", but she will take care of you. And if you are a tough diagnosis, she is the person to handle it. She is also very nice and really cares about her patients. And I am very picky.

I had no problems after my thyroid surgery. Dr Stickney and all of her staff did a great job. You can hardly see the scar on my neck. Her nurses always follow up with me after my blood work to let me know if my meds need adjusted.

As I sit here, after over a year and a half after my surgery, still feeling the effects, I felt I needed to write. I was diagnosed with low calcium levels and a cyst on one of my parathyroids. Dr. Stickney performed the surgery, and, almost immediately I experienced intense tingling. Countless calls to her office, I was treated poorly and told repeatedly that my calcium levels were fine and it was not calcium related. (I feel it was, because of poor absorption issues). Finally after a couple of weeks Dr. Stickney spoke to me and said that this happens sometimes to patients, she has no idea why and she dismissed me. Still dealing with it. This surgery is a big deal, and, I've never felt/been the same. Also, the attending male nurse, Ray, I think, and Dr. Willhelm the anethesiologist in the OR seemed angry because I was scared and crying. They were both so rude and unsympathetic. Really horrible experience.

Absolutely the best! From Carol, who helped make my appointments ( I live two hours north of Seattle) and was a delight to talk to and patiently answered many questions , to Ngan in the office who made the whole paperwork,appointment process less stressful with her sweet disposition. Tiffany,the sugical nurse and others whose names I don't recall also went above and beyond with caring and explaining step by step what was going to happen. Last but not least, Dr. Stickney who was delightful, explained everything and made me feel like an individual not just another routine patient. Considering that at 68, this was my first "put you to sleep surgery" this was not a bad experience at all and I met wonderful people!
