Dr Kim takes her time with each patient and explains everything. Office staff are friendly and get you in at your appointment time. Well run office.

Dr. Kim is a gem! She is on time for appointments and really takes the time to talk to you and more importantly get to know you. I felt extremely comfortable with Dr. Kim during my exam.. Dr. Kim is professional. experienced and knowledgeable but also personable. Her staff is very nice and helpful . It was easy to schedule an appointment and follow-up was most appreciated!

Billing is totally confused. Happened more than once. Office staff is cold and very busy on the computers missing important questions and even a patient bleeding from falling on the steps- no reaction from staff

I had one appointment with her & never returned. She was very rude to me. I asked to renew my prescription for birth control & she told me if I didn’t have sex I wouldn’t need birth control.

Dr KIM is the worse doctor I have ever seen with most pathetic team. She is always rushing and never sits and hear your concern. Same as her staff. Always have to wait long. And the bills. OMG always ask her before you get anything. They will rip you off. Just doing business. Never trust her. We go for annual free check up. She cleverly name them as some special checkup rather then regular and then give you a huge bill. Disgusted. Someone must take action this.

She called me a “chicken” for decoding day of that I was no longer comfortable getting an IUD, seems someone was promised a kick back for the WORST RATED IUD on the market, DO NOT GO TO HER

Do not trust her for helping you without asking exactly how she would charge and under what codes. Check your billing for overcharges. Shows temper if questioned and will walk off. Same for staff..rude and will hang up phone if questioned. Don't go.
