Dr. Kathryn Miller Arbabi

Granbury is a small town so I work about 100 miles away. I decided to use Dr. Arbabi because she is right across from the hospital and one of the few female OBGYNs in our town. During my pregnancy, she scheduled the typical monthly visits. I would leave work early to attend this visits and on 4 different occasions Dr. Arbabi cancelled the appointments without notifying me. That's 4 times in 1 pregnancy. I drove 400 miles and missed 4 half days because of a lack of communication. Despite all this, the most troubling account is that Dr. Arbabi was at my initial visit and never again until 8 1/2 months. I did not feel close to my doctor and felt like simply a dollar amount. After the birth, I never heard from her again. I will never recommend Dr. Arbabi to anyone. Honestly, look here and on healthgrades.com. She is the worst reviewed Dr. in Granbury. Beware!

These people are absolutely the worst I've ever dealt with regarding returning calls and following up on things such as rescheduling crucial diagnostic procedures. On repeated occasions, I called this office and left messages for a return phone call from someone, anyone...and finally got a call back two months later. I also couldn't quite shake the feeling that I was getting shaken down for as much as I had in my pocket to pay for the Italian villa doctor's office with 15 feet ceilings and hand-painted frescos on the wall...just a little bit to much decor and not quite enough customer service as far as I'm concerned. zero stars.

would not recommend this office. staff lost paperwork, put my info. in wrong dr's file and miscoded well visit, causing unnecessary billing.

she is an awesome person inside and out!!! she cares about her clients and is very helpul and understanding! i will never go to another O.B.G.Y.N!!!!
