Best Dr. I have ever had. She is friendly, caring, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. She is well thought of by all Multiple Sclerosis Foundations and treatment center. Highly Recommended!!!

Dr. Chenault, Nurse Kim and her staff are wonderful. Little to no wait time, professional and respectful are what I've seen for more than 4 years. I highly recommend her for anyone dealing with MS.

Excellent Neurologist, she cares and is one heck of a Doctor

I will start by saying that Dr. Chenault is great. I am very comfortable with her and find her to be responsive and very knowledgeable. However, dealing with the receptionist, appointments, or scheduling is a nightmare. When you call, you do not speak with a person; you leave a voice mail and hope to get a return call. Two weeks after an appointment, I am still waiting for someone to set up an MRI for me. Even when I leave messages asking about the status, I do not receive updates. Over the last few years, several times I've called to make appointments and have not received a return call. It is frustrating - you feel like you are hitting a wall in trying to get health care. If you see Dr. Chenault, I recommend that you make use of the email system. Her nurse practitioner and staff are fairly good about responding. Forget the phone!

The phone system is automated and you cannot speak to a real person. Waited several days (4) for critical medication refills and return calls. Don't loose the business cards, clinic numbers are not easy to find. Medical staff is primarily nursing assistants and an APN. Don't be misled if the staff member tells you she is a NURSE!! The physician is prompt, courteous and listens well to patients. Seems knowledgeable in her field. There is also no 24 hour phone coverage through either medical exchange.

Very bad service. Not helpful. Didn't resolve my issue. Had to start over and spent 2X as much money because of it. DO NOT USE!

Love Dr. Chenault. She always gives you as much time as you need to address the problem and I always feel like all my issues are addressed. I have MS and it seems like my laundry list of symptoms would exhaust anyone, but she always listens with a compassionate ear. Love the way you can always get your problems addressed by email as well, but think some of the support staff needs to be further educated in MS symptoms.

ur staff called my mom's house instead of my house to set up an appoinment. my mom gave them my cell number and my work number, and they never called either number.

On very 1st visit: Waited 5 minutes to see her. Once in the room, she spent 55 minutes w/ me. Took her time and truly listened to me. Very thorough! Since then have had several more appts. with the same results. Would highly recommend this doctor.
