excellent care and really listened

She is really nice and she seems to great at her job. I dont see many doctors but they could learn a few things from her. Friendly, smart, very competent physician.

I love the way Dr. Kiehn is always calm and collected (is it possible for her to ever be upset?!?!). She researches like crazy and is not afraid to admit when something is outside the scope of her knowledge. I would rather have a Dr admit her limitations than let an ego get in the way of my treatment. She values my time and my input. She also is great about responding quickly to my messages on her app. She's a rare find.

Dr. Kiehn is completely wonderful. She talks regularly with my other physicians and she answers any questions I have quickly. I love that she's patient with me and never makes me feel rushed. I never have an excessive wait in her office, either. I truly love her.

Dr. Kiehn is the best. She is ALWAYS on time, she listens and takes my concerns seriously, and she invites my input. I've gotten follow up calls from her, not her staff. She goes the extra mile.

Dr. Kiehn herself is good, but her secretary leaves much to be desired. When calling to book appointments, you're nearly always instantly placed on hold for several minutes and then it takes ages to get in... We are talking months. I'm an established patient with several conditions. I could potentially be a goldmine for her practice. Kiehn recognizes this, but her secretary does not. If I went by ability to get in and the secretary alone, I'd say run. At this point, I'm rheumatologist shopping, despite being with her for a couple of years and loving Kiehn herself.

Dr. Kiehn is fantastic. She truly listens to you and remembers things you told her months before--things she definitely didn't take notes on. Dr. Kiehn personally calls with test results and doesn't rely on assistants or nurses to do it. She is patient over the phone while answering questions. She collaborates with my other specialists and internist on a regular basis. I truly trust Dr. Kiehn and love that she allows me to truly be a part of my healthcare decisions.

Dr. Kiehn is the best doctor I have ever had. She reviewed my case prior to my appointment, she listened to me, took the time to answer questions and explain things to me. She call other doctors that had treated me and she personally call me twice after my visit to inform me of test results and what the next steps were. I have full confidence in Dr. Kiehn and I know that I am going to get the medical care that I need.
