I moved to FL a year ago and found Dr. Katie Reid...I have seen her a few times...she is very compassionate, listens, and addressed all my concerns...always available when I need her...by appt or online patient portal...very pleased I found her...

New to the area so finding a new doctor was stressful. I am so happy I found Katie, she listens and prescribed the appropriate medication I needed.

I went to go see Dr Reid at American Family Care for a routine issue that I had. I have used the urgent care facility before and was prescribed the appropriate antibiotics and pain medication on 2 occasions with in 1 year time. She refused to prescribed the pain medication I had used before when experiencing the same issue. She out right refused. She prefers to protect herself than help patients. She gave me a pain medicine that she wanted, not that was used before. I took it and after 12 hours went to another doctor to get what I needed. Dr Reid has very poor bedside manner and has no empathy for her patients. I do recommend the urgent care facility, just not Dr Reid.

Dr. Reid is a young and very intelligent Doctor. She treats both, the staff and patients with the utmost respect! Many times I have been in an Urgent Care setting where I've felt rushed, or unimportant. Definitely not the case with this doctor!! She explains everything thoroughly and treats the staff with the utmost respect! Highly recommended her and will DEFINITELY see her again!!
