Very friendly staff. The doctor diagnosed my rash within minutes when I had been struggling with many other dermatologists to figure out what was going on. I've been told this is the office other doctor's go to with their own problems - I can see why.

As a possible cancer patient, I have never received such disrespect and refusal to help me while trying to make a doctors appointment. The receptionist was incredibly rude; refused to verify that they took my insurance (even though I had informed her that I checked with my insurance company's website under my insurance id -which ONLY brings up active providers for my plan) and just told me I'd be a cash patient unless I wanted to call the insurance with their NPI number. I worked in various doctors offices over the past 15 years as a medical receptionist and we were NEVER allowed to refuse to check a patients' insurance benefits. Its actually easier for the medical provider to verify under their NPI that they take your plan then for you to search your insurance companies' website for verification. I made a formal complaint with Aetna my insurance provider who was just a surprised as i was that i was refused an appointment. Apparently having a mole that you've had your whole life… suddenly double in size in the past few months isn't cause for concern for this office.

I FINALLY after 10+ years of seeing many other Dr.s, I found a Dermatologist that has been able to help improve my skin condition ( Discoid Lupus Erythematosus). The current laser treatment that she has been doing, along with 2 prescription topical treatments, has made such a remarkable improvement to my scars. Her caring demeanor and positive attitude has giving me hope and the improvement is my skin is obvious. She said she would help me and meant every word as my scars have improve immensely. I have slowly begun a journey of gaining my self- confidence back. She's the best - thank you Dr. Mariwalla!!

Worst place ever. Their recording says The place where our patients are our first priority!!" is all lies. After waiting weeks for a predetermination to go through.. All while Going back n fourth between their pharmacy and the insurance company....everyone pointing fingers as to why its been over 3 weeks and my daughter still hasnt gotten her script for her medication..IM pretty much done with this place. Ohhh yes and to top it all off, the only way to get intouch with this place is thru a text site they have their patients on...if you have a question...you gotta text!!...def not going again...found a new spot thank you... that actually cares about their patients!! What a shame... i work in the medical field as a RN...to think this place is run by medical professionals..u better Run the other way!!!

Dr. Mariwalla is a kind, compassionate and caring doctor. Not only is she quick to diagnose a problem, she also pinpoints the underlying cause. She took the time to work with my teenage daughter and make her feel good about herself while clearing her acne. I will also be forever grateful that she recognized the health problems that lead to her skin issues. Phenomenal doctor and person. Staff also goes above and beyond. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
