Dr. Kavitha Bathala, MD

She is awesome, I am going to miss her however, we all have to look out for ourselves and we all have to go where the benefits are better and of course where the hot-spot is to make a more monies and believe me she is worth every penny because, she cares and takes action for her patients. She is by far one of the best doctors I ever had! I will miss you very much Dr. Bathala, and I wish you the very best with anything you wish to do! You, are a MD and that is something to be very proud of and a darn intelligent and caring doctor too.

I adore Dr. Bathala. She has been my Primary for many years. She is caring. Smart. Thorough. I love her nurse Julie. She is always smiling and again thorough. However, that is where it stops. Anyone who has been hired to work as her receptionist has been awful. The current woman Lauren who is in this position is not nice. She's constantly rude to people whether on the phone or in person. She is very condescending. Nosey. I've heard her complain about other patients. (Sorry the glass partition doesn't block conversations. Voices travel!) And that rubs off onto the other staff. Once screaming for someone to pick up a call because she didn't like the patient. Very unprofessional.

She is such a wonder doctor and human being. I just don't see that kind of compassion anymore. She is very detail oriented, intelligent, and not aggrogant. By the time I left the office I had all my questions answered and felt comfortable again.

Dr. Bathala and Yulie are awesome. PLEASE GET RID OF ERIN. She is so unprofessional, has lied to me multiple times about processing my paperwork when she hasn't even started, purposely leaves the calls forwarded so she doesn't have to answer them, will put you on hold without letting you know before, and just shows no compassion whatsoever for her job.

Very good doctor, takes time to listen, only issue (not with Dr Bathala) was scheduling...was transferred to her office but was trying to make appointment at care center closer to me, where she only sees patients once per month.

Dr. Bathala is a excellent doctor who really cares about her patient. She listens, her staff is friendly and helpful. You can not find a better doctor to go to.

Dr. Bathala is a nice doctor, but her staff is horrible. The lady who helped me at the front desk was very rude and snippy. Staff was very unprofessional. Really nice doctor, however, I will not be returning.

I really feel comfortable with Dr. Bathala, trust her diagnosis and appreciate her intelligence, experience and medical knowledge.
