Dr. Kazi Imran Majeed, MD

My daughter started getting very bad migraines out of the blue when no one in our family has them and i did not know what to do or how to help her at all. Dr. Majeed was who we were referred to. He got her on the right meds and the migraines totally got in control. So far they are not away but very much in control to one to few a month now. It has been since Dec.2021 and i am very happy with how he helped us. I do not know where we would be without his expertise. My daughter had them over a month every day before we realized they were not just headaches that it was something more when she could not see light at all. I certainly recommend without any doubt.

Dr. Majeed is kindly, he listens and responds to your concerns, and, most of all, he's good at controlling epilepsy. My son had previously been under the care of four different neurologists, and I can see how Dr. Majeed's treatment regime is superior to at least three of them. With one neurologist we had meltdowns from fatigue, nausea, and vomiting because the dose was too high. With another, we actually had drop seizures develop which sent us to the ER two times for 34+ stitches and x-rays, along with the worst meltdowns we'd ever seen. With the third, a medicine was being used, but not in a high enough dose to do any good. Conclusion: I can't recommend Dr. Majeed highly enough.

My Daughter had a appointment to see the Doctor and she had to check with her boss to make sure she could get off. They went ahead and gave the appointment to someone else. That's not good business I hope the Doctor reads his reviews.

Our son received an incorrect diagnosis at another Dr. He had it down before we even met him after reading the EEG. We are very thankful. He is excellent with observation and conservative with not giving extra medication. Spends an hour with us each visit (we go every few months). HIGHLY recommended for epielsy. Our son has a rare disorder. Nurse Cathy is also amazing. We are so blessed to find him. He knows his stuff!!! Remember with the wait he works out of the main hospital, so emergencies may occur. His knowledge is worth it.

I started seeing Dr. Majored when I was 17 for hand tremors, hemiplegic migraines, cluster headaches and chronic daily headaches. During the 8 months I was able to see him (since I was turning 18 soon), he was very patient with all of my and my day's questions. He also took his time and made sure that I got all the testing that was needed to establish where my illness where originating from. Unfortunately, Dr. Majeed not any one he consulted with could have an origin for my issues. Instead we spent a grueling 6 months on trying to figure out the best treatment for me before I went to college. The only negative I have of Dr. majeed was he just let me go when I turned 18 and didn't suggest a neurologist where I am at currently.

Dr. Majeed is fantastic! He is quiet, but very good with kids. We met with him this morning...He was in no rush to get to other patients. He sat and met with us for quite a while to make sure he had all of the information he needed, and to make sure that we had all of our questions answered. He is very thorough in his exam and explained everything to us. I would highly recommend him!!

My daughter was referred to Dr. Majeed by Dr. Annette Whitney (pediatric G.I.) for treatment of what she suspected to be migraines. Dr. Whitney is one of America's Best as well. I have no idea where we would be today without her vast knowledge and care. Dr. Majeed is a Godsent in all honesty, he took his time and was very patient with us. He asked us many questions and talked more to my daughter (the patient) He not only diagnoised my daughter with migraines but helped find other medical problems as well. Dr. Majeed worked diligantly to not only find the source of the medical problem but also the cure! (which consists of preventative care and medicateion, etc.) My daughter is now under his care and I would not trust any other Neurologist for her care without his recommendation. Dr. Majeed's staff are all wonderful and friendly. The only reason we have a little wait is because the staff works very hard filing all the paper work and it takes time to get the job done right. We have… been seeing Dr. Majeed since 2009 and have never waited over 15 min. When you call to make an appt. you will be communicating to the same wonderful woman everything, if she is on another line or away from her phone don't worry, she will call you back. She is also a Godsent!

He did not seem to appreciate that I asked questions about my son's condition.He thought that it was not a problem waiting four days (holiday weekend) to begin treatment while my son was losing his vision.
