I am not sure that I can express how grateful I am for the kindness of all of the staff at the Idaho center. I have not had a similar experience with any other doctor. Dr. Blauer was extremely generous to us with his time, and was also knowledgeable about the cost of different procedures. He gave us advice as to what tests we could undergo based on the information that we gave him, and he also listed the tests in an order of priority, which is very helpful for a self-paying patient. I very much appreciated his time and his help. I have visited medical professionals in the past who did not seem to take my concerns seriously and therefore would not order any tests for me. I may not get any answers from testing in the end, but I appreciate that Dr. Blauer took my concerns seriously enough to offer me the choice to be tested. The office staff were also kind and made sure that we understood everything that we were discussing. The billing department was extremely easy to get a hold of to get… upfront information about treatments, which is something that I value as a self-paying patient. Most billing departments are impossible to get a hold of, and you often have no idea how much a procedure costs before getting the bill in the mail
