Dr. Kellie Anne Rose, MD

Dr Rose is a wonderful doctor and most of her staff. This review is in reference to her check-out clerk. This is the most unprofessional woman I have had to deal with. She seems to lack the knowledge of what customer service is. If you are afraid to wait on patients in a kindly manner during a pandemic then quit. I have went to a number of medical offices. We all wear masks and some how still know how to provide great customer service and not act like you are terrified of patients. This woman needs to be fired or moved to a position that requires no patient contact.

Dr. Kellie Rose's staff is the most unprofessional, rude and disrespectful individuals I have ever encountered. They treat my 83-year-old mother with disrespect and you can never reach Dr. Rose no matter how many times you try. They scheduled my mother for a vascular procedure told her not to eat anything after midnight and when she showed up at the hospital there was no record of any procedure for her. She is a diabetic patient who cannot be without food for hours at a time Dr. Rose has to do a better job at taking care of her patients and making sure that they are properly cared for. My family member has received nothing but substandard care from Dr. Rose and her office.

Had a 1:00pm appt. and she didn't come in to see me until 2:45pm. No apologie, no updates from staff.. Spent exactly SIX MINUTES with me. I don't know how good a doctor she is, but her time management skills are non-existent.

Dr. Rose is capable and confident. She is a compassionate medical provider who takes time to fully address patient needs.

Excellent Doctor, could not be more highly recommended. Very professional, courteous and kind. could not be more happy.

Unfortunately, those were not nice visits. Wait time is just awful long, more than an hour. To add up, stuff mixed up with my insurance. Total mess I would say, no a good doctor's office. Doctor is always rushing, there is not quality involved, she cares just about quantity of patients.

Dont make an appt here if you wish to be treated with dignity and respect. The front staff and med assistance are very rude, period!

The staff was disconnected and unconcerned about my to wait time was 90+ minutes. The physician was none apologetic for wait time. Her attitude and attentiveness to detail was poor. She never smile or look at me while speaking at the my legs. Follow up appt take 30+days. Adm Manager called to schedule vein treatment that I little true understanding of, only to discuss the cost, not the outcome of treatment.
