I have been going to dr. Jones over 10 yrs and it was all good when I had insurance on my last visit I went to get my meds I hav ed back trouble anyway I had to take a urine test because of the hydrocodone well the office visit was 150 and an extra 25 for the urine test 2 weeks later I get a bill for 400 bucks for the test from a company in saint Simon's island wth is that all about if you dont have insurance dont go straight RIP off.

Dr. Jones staff is unfair and not logical workers. I only go there because its like 35 minutes from my house. I wanted my injury to be looked at, his assistant said NO. I was surprised and sadden because I trusted this doctor with my life. My injury is so bad and I just wanted his opinion on it and what to do to make my injury feel better. The only thing Dr. Jones did was nothing. Please Dr. Jones if your reading this please think about re training your staff going the extra mile for your patients and caring a bit more. I didn't want to write this but I'm so distraught with the appointment I had last month. -a sad patient

This is a money hungry Doctor. He scammed my insurance company for an appointment I did not have. Shame on you Dr. Scam-Jones. You’re a thief and a liar. Horrible staff! But his staff doesn’t do anything that Dr. Scam-Jones don’t approve.

MY FAMILY AND I HAVE BEEN TO SOUTHSIDE MEDICAL IN UNION CITY MANY TIMES. NOT ONE TIME, HAVE I SEE DR KENNETH JONES. HE ALWAYS ALLOW HIS PA DO ALL OF HIS WORK. ON TOP OF THAT, WE ALL WENT IN FOR OUR ANNUAL PHYSICALS AND THEY CODED THE VISIT INCORRECTLY FOR ALL OF US. THEREFORE,, WE ALL NOW HAVE $600 BILLS. THIS IS NOT GOOD. SOMEONE NEED TO RETRAIN THE CODERS SO THAT PATIENTS LIKE MYSELF WON'T HAVE TO GO THRU THIS. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I AM STILL FIGHTING WITH THE COMPANY TO CORRECT THEIR MESS AND ITS BEEN ABOUT TWO YEARS NOW.

Absolutely wonderful Doctor and staff. Dr Jones was the only Dr to have correctly diagnosed my problem. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Follow ups are timely, and referrals have never been a problem. I highly recommend Dr Jones.

I am getting very impatient with this office because I called and left a message in which the phone call was not returned. I have also been trying to contact the Morrow office for an hour to make an appointment during normal business hours and is not getting an answer.
