Dr. Konappa Hanumappa Murthy, MD

Dr. Murthy shouldn't have a medical practitioner's license at all. He not only has bad bedside manners but he couldn't be bothered with a ten minute peer to peer phone call to get me my medications reapproved for the ulcers on my liver for over a week. First he tried to blame medicaid so I had to continue to call back every day for a week to get the medication I needed as he continued to hang up on me every day stating he doesn't have time to to take ten minutes for a peer to peer to get my medication approved through my insurance. That it would be the following Friday before he would be able to get my medication for me. He clearly doesn't care about the welfare of hos patients as his tome os too valuable to have to contend to thing'ssuch as what is required to get anyone the medication they need to support good health. Then he decided that he needed to drop me as a patient after I set an appointment with medicaid to call him back on that Friday for a peer to peer and my Oncologist… referred to him that I will need an updated colonoscopy as I had an extremely low iron and red blood cell count and had developed three blood clots in my heart. He is a selfish person who apparently believes tbat his time is more important than the lives of his patient. I would strongly recommend that anyone needing gastro to go to Dallas whether than deal with this man. I have filed for a complaint form with the state medical board as no one should have to place their lives in this mans hands.

Friendly staff, clean office, short wait time, and Dr Murthy is very thorough.

I have been a patient for over 20 years.

Dr. Murthy made me feel comfortable and he, himself took the time to take my blood pressure. He didn't waste my time by making me wait. He scheduled my procedure in a timely manner and I left my procedure with a diagnosis and a cure!
