Dr. Krishna Mettu

Dr. Mettu has been my physician for over ten years and I feel very blessed to have him as he has helped me tremendously with my sleep disorder. Dr. Mettu is very professional and takes the time to get to know his patients so he can provide the best care. I highly recommend Dr. Mettu for sleep disorders as I feel there is no one better in his specialty.

I struggled for 15 years with not sleeping after tying faithfully for 3 years to use CPAP to get relief and was unsuccessful with other doctors. Dr Mettu has been a game changer in my life! A GREAT sleep disorder doctor will look at your CPAP readings and make adjustments, work to get a mask you can tolerate and listen to your concerns. DR METTU IS THAT DOCTOR!! Extremely comprehensive in his care.

I knew something was wrong with me but I had no idea it was sleep apnea. I can honestly say after the sleep study prescribed by Dr. Mettu showed I was experiencing severe apnea I was a bit apprehensive. I should not have been. Dr. Mettu took his time with me and explained everything carefully and made sure I understood what was really happening to me. He gained my trust through that conversation and I'm so glad I am his patient. His care and monitoring of my condition has changed my life. The first week of using the CPAP machine I noticed I didn't need that 2 o'clock caffeine boost to make it through the rest of the day. I awoke rested and ready to tackle the day. Over 6 years as a patient of Dr. Mettu, I’m benefiting from his medical skill both in analyzing my sleep problems and determining a correct course of action. He expertly guided my journey through overnight sleep studies (which revealed significant sleep problems), selection of CPAP equipment, and monitoring the sleep patterns recorded by my machine. Whenever my health situation changes, e.g. weight fluctuations, he skillfully guides correct adjustments to equipment (different masks, pressure settings). His friendly manner and attentiveness to my concerns reflect a genuine interest in my wellbeing as a person, beyond just getting a good night’s sleep. I’m blessed to have his professional skill and caring friendship.

I have suffered with sleep apnea for years now. I have had different doctors, machines, masks etc. I have had no success until my general physician referred me to Dr. Mettu. He and his staff and even the front desk showed me nothing but professional courtesy and help. I have never met a more thorough doctor. Dr. Mettu is extreme compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough and has done more for me in a couple of visits with him than i have had for years with other physicians. He is an excellent physician!! I have seen Dr. Mettu for a number of years. Initially, it was awkward - I supposed because of the cultural differences. But I stuck with him as he was the only sleep doc I knew. Here I am, after many years, and I am so thankful that I did! I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015 and dealt with incredible, constant pain after surgery. After trying narcotics, nerve blocks, etc...Dr. Mettu offered an alternative. With very little faith, I stepped out once more. I discovered a very different person in Dr. Mettu. What an empathetic, compassionate man...I am so very grateful for his dedication and commitment to humanity!

I can't say enough about what a great doctor Dr. Krishna Mettu is. He has been my doctor for a few years now and treats my narcolepsy and my restless leg syndrome. Dr Mettu has also introduced me to his invention of the CP RELIEF WAND which has made my restless leg syndrome practically non-existent. He is friendly and caring as well as his staff is. The facility and restrooms are nice and clean. I highly recommend Dr. Mettu for your medical needs.
