Dr. Lalitha Raguthu, MD

This pediatrician WILL NOT be there when you need them the most. When she treats minor colds or does the annual exams you schedule two weeks in advance, she is fine. But her practice is too busy and she will not see you when you need her for more serious concerns. We are the patients of Dr. Chintakayala Durga, but we have never seen him at this location. Perhaps he is there only with the name. We have always been treated only by Dr. Raguthu who obviously treats Dr. Durga's patients as well. When we tried to reach out to her about a suspicious pain, she was too busy to see us. Luckily we did not wait for the appointment another day and went somewhere else because we ended up admitted in the hospital with a life threatening condition. It was not a good experience though to have the person who is supposed to be our primary care physician not even be there with some advice. We will not return to this place.

Dr. Raguthu and her staff exceeded my expectations. They are very kind and professional and every visit is just as good as the last. Beginning with little to no wait time, same day appointments, easy access to patient portal and quick response from both doctor and staff. Each visit Dr. Raguthu takes her time in explaining and discussing all of my concerns, she is very caring, patient, knowledgeable and attentive (to say the least). I always leave her office feeling confident that both of my daughters have received the best care. I am extremely satisfied.

Dr. Raguthu is an exceptional physician. She has a wonderful bedside manner and is great with children. I highly recommend Dr. Raguthu for your children’s health needs.

I appreciate her human touch and openness.She cares about the long term health of the child and its her job to guide us. She doesn't prescribe unnecessarily and ask for unnecessary visits. She is available herself evenings and weekends, leaving her family she attends to the patient's calls promptly. She is very patient and "listens". She goes out of her way to make it work for you. She is very kind and jovial, plays with the kids and at the same time has mature conversation with the adults. She is truly happy around kids!

She is board certified and knowledgeable. More importantly a mother who lost her child and understands other mothers. She listens and addresses our concerns immediately, night or day or weekend. Easy appointments and friendly staff. What more do you need ?
