Dr. Lee Gilbert Chisolm, MD

I arrived for my appointment with Dr. Chisholm and was given forms to fill out. One of the forms asked for my Social Security number which I didn’t provide because security experts caution against giving out your SS# to avoid identity theft. The office staff demanded I provide the number even though they already had copies of my GA driver’s license, my brand new Medicare card and my Medicare supplement insurance card. Those documents are more than sufficient to verify my identity, so I continued to refuse to provide my SS#. When the matter was referred to the doctor, who was in another room, his response was that he would see me on a cash basis. At that point I gathered up my papers and left. This was just one more demonstration that the care has gone out of healthcare. I gave my visit one star because a rating was required.

He is the best doctor ever. Very smart funny and handsome just like his son Brooks.
