he hated me because i was a muslim and not a christian fareal and then i been going to him since 2005 he was nice and everything when he found out i was a muslim he turned on me and he lied and said they didnt have my files no more and i was dumb enough to believe them now what that does it makes me a new patient now i have to fill out all the paper work over then get in the room he not even looking at me he typing stuff on the internet he looked at me for 2 min and by me being a new patient when i wasnt that means now he can charge me like a new patient which was i think 170 when if i wasnt a new patient i would not have been paying that much so that was one way of getting me back then they wouldnt fill my medicine i had to tell them i was gonna call the police then they filled my medice and i called him and he gave the lady the phone and thats my visit with the good dr brown

THIS GUY dr brown is a person who hates religion or muslims i had my kufi on and his whole demeanor changed but before that he was kind friendly and everything but when i wore it he treated me like a piece of garbage i want to use another word but i wont when he was finished checking my scalp i put it back on and he said etiquette mr harris etiquette and im like huh i knew something was up after that his whole attitude changed about me he threw my files away and i was a long time patient of 21 years and when i went to see him he act like he didnt know who i was and didnt even really check me out and rushed me out with no prescriptions and wouldnt call them in for me i had to call everyday and they still never did it untill i said i was gonna call the police thats when i got my prescriptions filled i had to argue with them from moday to friday and paid them 175 dollaars up front i hope this helps my fellow muslims

Dr. Brown is one of the best dermatologists I've seen. Especially for minorities. I went to countless doctors trying to diagnose my severe itching and get effective treatment for my eczema. Dr. Brown was the only one who was able to fit me in quickly and listen to my concerns. For the first time in years my skin feels normal again. Definitely recommend him.

Dr. Brown has a great personality and has a lot of knowledge. Unfortunatley my problem was never fixed. Lots of tests were run which were expensive but there was no solution. I received medicine which seemed to temporarily help my problem.

The reviews regarding wait time are true. This is because Dr. Brown is so accessible. I've found him to be knowledgable and helpful.

Worst. Doctor ever I will never recommend. This doctor He gave me some medication and didn't work for my face Bad then I called then they were very busy . Didn't pay attention To my call :(

Waste of time and a huge waste of money. Had to wait for 30 minutes for a 10 minute consulatation. Two weeks later I get $500+ bill for unneeded blood tests, considering he diagnosed me with having eczema during my consultation. After two weeks of leaving messages for Dr. Brown to call me back about my bill, I never got a call back. If you make the mistake of going check your bill thoroughly and don't expect a call back.

No late or early appointments to accommodate the average working person, that should have been my first red flag. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour on multiple occasion before being placed in a exam room. Once in the exam room I waited an additional 30 mins. After my first appointment I asked if my wait time was the norm and I was told No, "We had a hiccup early that delayed all the appointments." That was a flat out lie! My follow up appointment wait time was even longer. Second Red Flag. Without touching or truly examining my hand he diagnosed me with eczema. I took the prescription to the pharmacy and had it fill...he ordered 3 containers of the ointment. On my follow up visit when my hand did not get better he advise that I discontinue the use of the ointment. Now I have 3 tubes of ointment that I can't use nor take back to the pharmacy. Third Red Flag. He ordered blood work my first appointment I didn't receive the results until my follow at which time he order more blood… work. His office sends the blood to an independent company that doesn't bill your insurance company directly which let me with a huge $500+ blood work bill TWICE! He prescribed me a new medicine and gave me a coupon telling me take this to the pharmacy and the medicine should be free. WRONG! I went to pharmacy and was told that medicine is $270 ....I called the office to be prescribed a new medicine. I am still waiting for my messages to be returned or to receive the call back I was told I would get....That was 3 weeks ago. Needless to say I will not be returning to Dr. Brown's office. I would not recommend him to anyone I know. There is much more that I could go on about my 2 visits...please just take heed to my advice and see another dermatologist.

I would not recommend Dr. Brown. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I am still trying to figure out if he diagnosed my problem. He was not assertive and I felt as if I wasted my time visiting his office. And for the life of me I cannot figure out what the purpose of having the young lady in the office other than for eye candy, she served absolutely no purpose. I DO NOT PLAN ON RETURNING FOR A SECOND VISIT.
