I am so happy I found Dr. Motsch. She is such an amazing doctor. Just so everyone knows, she is at a place called Grayhawk Family Practice in Scottsdale.

Has anyone found Dr Motsch. I miss her and haven’t been able to find anyone even close to her caliber of caring.

Dr. Motsch had been my primary care doctor for 26 or 27 years. I have followed her around the Valley. I am horrified that Abrazo let her go. I want to continue with her as my doctor. As another client stated..."if you have retired, awesome. I am happy for you. If you are still practicing, I would love to find you!" I am done with Abrazo and will find another doctor if I have to.

Dr. Motsch arrived in room 20 minutes late. Spent more time looking at her laptop and didn't even pull up my chart - I have a common last name. She was in a big hurry to leave - it was almost their lunch time. She has lost her touch and her concern for patient's care and well being. She needs to find another career!

because I just received a letter from Abrazo that doc Motsch is no longer there and has been replaced with a doc with a name I cannot pronounce. This happened many years ago when we had an “invasion” of medical professionals from another country & nearly an entire hospital staff had been replaced. They barely understood me and I barely understood them. I never used a doc affiliated with that hospital again and vowed I would never use a medical practitioner whose name I could not pronounce. I am an American and resent not being able to have a healthcare professional with whom I have a problem communicating. I am distraught that I will have to search for another PCP unless I am able to hunt down Dr. Motsch. I have always had total confidence in her. When I initially selected Abrazo, the front office and support staff appeared to lack professionalism and motivation & initiative, but the next time I went, changes had been made, and I have never had an issue since. If I cannot find… Dr. Motsch, I will still be searching for a different practice altogether.
