Stay away! I went to this practice for my first child. I really liked the main doctor. When it was time for delivery, Dr. Johnson was on call. I was in labor for 24 hours and pushing for 3. I kept asking for the doctor to come help but she didn’t show up. I had wonderful nurses. I highly recommend Lenox Hill. Anyway, after 3 hours of pushing, I developed a fever, she comes and tells me your baby is big, you can push for another hour or I can just give you the C-section now. She was completely unavailable to act as a doctor or help me deliver naturally. Fast forward, I was having pain and went to get a uterine cavity scan and there was some of the placenta left there! I am lucky that nothing dangerous occurred from this and I didn’t get pregnant after because it would have caused a miscarriage.

Unprofessional and disgusting , they treat u like whatever and all ms Lisa cares about is a check instead of making sure her patients are cared for !never again !

Dr. Johnson is an incredible doctor. Her combination of skill, expertise, ability to make a patient comfortable and attention to detail made the entire experience amazing. To be able to do that when you have heard so many horror stories of bad doctors and terrible experiences, Dr. J is the one who earns and deserves the respect and recognition she has. I would recommend her to anyone as an OB and I guarantee you will be happy you went to her.

Horrific experience. Dr. Johnson and her staff are rude, unorganized and unprofessional. Awful bedside manner. Every appointment was rescheduled only to be canceled again. I would seek another OB/GYN if you are considering.

Very unprofessional Doctor and employees. Run to another location. Don't waste your time with this dysfunctional clinic.

Wonderful!! At times, there is a long wait. But that's because she truly spends the time needed with each patient. You never feel rushed but rather like she is part of your family. She truly cares for all of her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson.

Dr. Johnson you're amazing very knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy. This was my first visit today breast exam and gyn was very upscale and professional. I am so ecstatic that finally found an awesome Doctor that is 100+ perfect. I will definitely refer you to everyone. Keep up the amazing work! ! Kudos to you and your staff!! Dr. Johnson is a pleasant, knowledgeable doctor. HOWEVER, the practice itself, the office staff, and organization is in shambles. If you care to have results of tests given to you in a timely manner or have a question about your care or even want to just schedule or reschedule an appointment...go elsewhere. They NEVER answer their phones. They NEVER give you test results. You are on your own. Is that really how you want to be treated while you go through your pregnancy?

Expect to wait for over an hour for every visit, with no apology and no advance notice, even when there is no medical emergency or reason for the delay.

I went to her for a brief time when I was pregnant, unfortunately had a miscarriage, but for my 1st pregnancy ever, she made me feel so comfortable, caring and very personable and informative. I am thinking about switching my primary doctor now who I have been with since I was 18, I know it says she covers ob. and gyn, but I'm hoping she practices general medicine also. I would switch over with her in a heartbeat.
