Dr. Lisa Kim Muchard, MD

Canceled my appointment which was made months in advance. Dependability is important to me. Will not be visiting Dr. Muchard again.

Initially, I thought Dr. Muchard would be a great dermatologist for me. She has a good bedside manner and seemed knowledgeable. When I had my scheduled procedure, I waited over a 1/2 hour in the room just to be told the doctor was behind and could not perform the procedure. I was also told that the original price they game me went up significantly. I was disappointed but rescheduled for her first available, which was several months later. The actual procedure was a lot more painful than described and once my skin healed, the areas were not different than prior to the procedure. Scheduling a follow up or getting my questions answered did not happen. Finally, a nurse messaged that I may need several procedure and the concerned area could continue to come back. If I knew that prior, I would not have went through the pain to have no difference. I feel a bit defeated. I hope this helps others!

Wrong diagnosis initially. simple slide corrected problem a few weeks later but damage done.
