Dr. Lisa Melaine Rankin, MD

Best doctor I've ever had. She is an internal medicine physician with more knowledge and attention to detail on my case than all my Mayo Clinic specialists combined. She gets to the root of the problem and spends the time you need, with some appointments over an hour and none less than 30 minutes, which is much more than any other doctor. She works overtime to find the underlying causes of illness instead of slapping a cop-out diagnosis, treating just the symptoms, or just referring to another doctor. Highly recommended if you are undiagnosed or have rare or chronic conditions.

Their automated systems is fustrating and impersonal. It was very difficult to get answers to your questions. Had to find new doctor

As already stated from prior patients the office is in need of a face lift . However , this is truly insignificant as the office is very in personable dealing with patients using a system called Clara . You can not speak to anyone , they said they don’t have the time to do that However can text you through an automated system. It is truly obnoxious and unprofessional especially when you are in need of answers and half the time do Not receive a response . It very sad that they need to hide behind text messaging . There are so many wonderful physicians out there to deal with this incompetent facility would be a waste of your time .

She is an awesome dr. Up with the times.

She is a breath of fresh air! I am so happy to have found her! She is a great listener, and actually takes time to understand what I need as a patient. So many other doctors have rushed me in and out... barely listened to me and sent me away with prescriptions... Dr. Rankin was different.. very caring, professional, and knowledgeable of new findings. She is willing to take the time to look at my entire situation, rather than quickly treating illnesses separately! I would recommend her in a heart beat!!!

I recognized Dr. Rankin at a conference and asked if she would please sign her book that I had JUST purchased. She informed me that I missed the book signing and refused and then walked away:0( I was considering attending one of her future seminars after picking up "Mind over Medicine" in the bookstore but after that cold and rude encounter of disregard, I returned it. She should have been more gracious. First Impression is everything.

The automated phone system is horrible at best...you never get to see the real doctor...building is very old and not inviting at all...the only time the are quick is when you have to pay!!!

As new patient with new insuance and new to the area i was looking for a doctor or practice that did not just "hand you a script for an antibiotic" the nurse practitioner took the time to explain why i did not need an antibiotic and handed me information on what to take OTC advismed me to take probiotics and let my viral infection run its course. Thanks dr rankin and staff

Dr. Rankin is a wonderful Dr. and her staff is very caring. Highly recommend her as anyone's PCM.

I was extremely disappointed. Dr. Rankin did not seem at all concerned about my health. Very quick, not thorough at all! Just wanted to get you in and out a collect your insurance money. Left there feeling like I completely wasted my time and my insurers money! Would not recommend to friends or family.
