I have been suffering with intermittent benign positional paroxysmal vertigo for at least 10 years. My son found Dr. Petcu in searching for a provider who could help me long term, and I must say that not only does he have a wonderful bedside manner, but was extremely thorough and the maneuvers he performed have given me my first “normal feeling” weeks in years. I cannot thank him enough and recommend him to anyone in my former position.

Best ENT ever! I have suffered from dizziness and vertigo for years, I have been to several ENTs in Manhattan, as well as other specialists, and no-one was able to figure out the cause. Dr.Petcu did the Dix-Hallpike maneuver, frankly I had low hopes since another ENT tried it and did not trigger the vertigo, well Dr.Petcu triggered the vertigo and processed on to the Epley maneuver and I was shocked to find it worked! Dr.Petcu is also VERY kind and patient and will spend time going over your issue, you will not feel rushed or 'just a number'. There may be a bit of a wait in the waiting room, but well worth it. Highly Recommend.

As a new patient, I do believe Dr. Louis Petcu is an incredible ENT specialist! A few days ago after my dinner, I felt like I had a tiny fish bone stuck in my throat. Dr. Petcu took his time to listen to my concerns. He explained his examination and diagnosis to me in a very clear manner. In addition, Dr. Petcu's friendly smile and good sense of humor helped reduce patient's fear of pain. I highly recommend Dr. Louis Petcu to anyone looking for an ENT specialist.

Wonderful experience! I felt heard and taken care of by this very caring, intelligent, and attentive Dr..I was very concerned over my sudden symptoms. He was very reassuring and took the time and all the information into account before prescribing the appropriate medication. I am apart of a Facebook group that has experienced the same symptoms but hardly the same care I received from Dr. Petcu. I feel incredibly blessed to know that he will continue to care for me moving forward on this unprecedented journey I am now on.

Dr. Petcu is beyond polite and attentive when listening to your needs and problems. So far he’s 2 for 2 with my diagnosis and cures! I am so thankful for finding such a smart, amazing ent!
